We can say that a key player is always more visible to the
team and superior to other team members. This can be both a blessing and a
curse, as it places more pressure on you to perform well and to meet the
expectations of the team. Also, they are always under great pressure to take
initiative, make decisions, and provide great momentum for the team. This can
be a stressful situation, as you will feel a sense of responsibility for the
success or failure of the team.
The term key player also exists outside of the sports as
well. Maybe we are the key players in our life but, we couldn’t recognize. As a
key player, you are more likely to receive recognition from the organization or
project. Your accomplishments will be noticed more, and people will be more
likely to come to you for advice or help. This recognition can be invaluable in
terms of career growth. To be able to think outside the box. Having a creative
mindset is essential to being a key player. It is important to be able to come
up with new ideas, solutions, and strategies to help the organization achieve
its goals. Some key players might not have some skills. But when they practice
just to gain knowledge or experience, they become better. Even if we lose, we
must try to be positive, acknowledge our mistake and come back strong to become
a key to the success we seek.
In the end, the best players on the squad or in the company
are not always the key players. In contrast, they frequently bring the most to
the table. They are frequently the ones that are prepared to go above and
beyond to complete the task, are able to think creatively and come up with
answers. Additionally, it's critical to keep abreast of the most recent
industry trends and advancements in order to be prepared to offer wise counsel
when required. Additionally, we should try to stay in touch with other members
of the team or the co-workers and to take initiative in resolving any problems
that may emerge.
